A Month in Europe: Starting in Frankfurt
I suddenly decided to go on my first trip to Europe without any plans, so I couldn’t prepare much and only booked accommodations. Before I knew it, the departure day had arrived!! This time, I’m going with my aunt, so I’m glad to have someone to share memories with and not be lonely 🙂. The total trip is 27 nights, and I bought the flight tickets with Lufthansa. The itinerary is Frankfurt in and Munich out. Actually, I was originally preparing for graduate school, so I was planning to go to Germany for a month to check out schools by myself, but somehow I ended up traveling to other countries as well, and I couldn’t be happier!!
Luckily, there was no delay, and I boarded on time~ A long flight delay would have been really tough…
For my first meal, I could choose between Korean and Western cuisine, and I chose bibimbap. I saw on some blogs that some people didn’t like it, but I found it very, very delicious ㅎㅎ 🙂 The dessert was carrot cake, which was chewy, sweet, and savory—so tasty…. >,,<
Throughout the flight, they kept serving drinks and snacks, so I kept having sparkling wine and cookies >,,< But my butt hurts so much from sitting for so long… sigh ㅜ,,ㅜ
After 13 hours, I finally arrived!! It takes about 14 minutes to get from Frankfurt Airport to the central station (it’s closer and more convenient than I thought).
Wow, there were so many people at the central station. My accommodation is less than a 10-minute walk from the central station!! >,<
There was no water at the accommodation, so I went to the nearest supermarket to buy some~~ And that’s the end of part 1 of Frankfurt!!
